About Julie
I have always had a passion for art and design. I graduated with a BFA in Scientific Illustration from UGA in 1994. Upon graduating and entering the working world, I found an interest in database development. Eventually, I became a systems consultant for a large benefits consulting firm. I enjoyed the challenge of creating a working product for my clients. In 1999, I took some time off to raise my children. When it was time to pursue my career again, I decided to explore a few professions that had always interested me. In 2005, I discovered web design. It was a perfect fit. It combined my professional experience in development with my background and passion for design. Through independent study and continuing education course work, I prepared myself for a career in web design.
